Most of the Apps incl. market are gone after falling down

Hello,

the Blade dropped down, the battery was falling out.

After a new start of the Blade everthing seems to be fine. Only the most of the apps inkl. the market are gone.

Do I really need to reinstall the image again (Swedish RSL5) or is there a trick to get back the apps?

I thought perhaps the SD-Card (a2sd?) crashed or so but I do not find a damage.

Assuming the SD Card is in the slot properly and the apps still don't show it's probably best to reinstall the ROM IMO.
