Hello,everyone!

we already know Z's new kernerl can be used for stock 2.1 rom and BB54+.

Now I can give you another version which can be used for all android 2.2 in our X10.It's smoothy,stable,and the more important thing is that it performs very well.just like the SE stock kernel!Ho,It saves our battery,Let's cheer for the new kernel.Thanks for King Zdzihu!

Firstly,I want to say it's newly edited by a chinese---lzyllp :) (he is from a Chinese Forum)All the thing is just newly edited from zKenel's boot.img and wifi.ko .Now I'm just putting it up!

PS:I'm newly-signed. ;)

features:

- latest SE sources (2.1.A.0.492)

- FPS cap removed

- overclocked to 1.13GHz

- in-call volume increased

- full netfilter support (droid wall, wifi tether)

- drivemapper support (2.2+ native app2sd)

- working with basebands 54+ (67 recommended) B)

- no battery drain / sleep issues observed - 100% stock behaviour :D

- working:wifi bluetooth GPS camera camcorder AppToSD ;)

- not work:not find ,waiting for your replying!

It's from lzyllp:

-about NEW Zkernel for 2.2

the boot.img mod by Doom and ramdisk from tkymgr.I must say,it not my build!

-I just using boot.img and wifi.ko from XDA and write update-script and chargemon and package the other files by myself.

(This zip both work in AOSP 2.2,CM6 and TW0071 and TripNMiUI froyo in my test)

-and 2.1 files from Z original one I just compiling it.

-I never say kernel build by myself.So don't argue.

[test]Click here for 2.2 user(all version with BB 54+)

Any Bug is possible,but lzyllp will make it perfact!

Be careful and know the requests for installing,we are not responsible for your phone's damage !

Before flashing.Please make a backup!

If ya make a back up in xrec first, before flashing the custom kernel, you can always restore to that back up and be back with the stock kernel!! ( Yes,...A back to stock zip is easier too!!! but...) :) B)

Do you know it's only for BB52?

The latest version is for 2.1 and can be flashed to MIUI 2.2

And lzyllp had just released new version edited by him,seems to work well in all android 2.2 rom.I must say

What are you talking about? The ones in the xda topic are for bb54+, 67 recommended.

i came from 1.7 miui with custom kernel on bb 49

-so i make backup (xrecovery)

-flashed bb67

-installed miui 1.7 for bb54+

-reboot (check for signal, lets rom settle)

-advanced restore (xrecovery data)

-reboot (check all fine)

-installed 2.2_baseband54+_Zkernel-froyo

-wipe cache

-wipe dalvik cache

-reboot

all is fine with custom kernel on bb67, thanks

Attention:

It is not custom kernel MODXXX by king Tkymgr(BB 49/52);

It is not custom kernel KXX by king Jerpelea(BB 49/52);

It is just newly edited by a chinese lzyllp from zKernel(BB 54+,all android 2.2 version)!

Few quick points and i will be out from this thread.

1) This is not a rebuild of kernel this is repackaging of kernel file with new ramdisk and creating boot.img. that's different then what Z has done.

2) reading the post by your chinese friend he doesn't looks like claiming owner ship on anything.

P.S. I don't know chinese so used google translate which i thing do a preety good job.

This suggest he is just compiling all links.

BTW to end all the confusion.

some please download copy of doom's boot.img and a boot.img of this thread do a md5 checksum that will clear all doubt.

also one indication would be Doom has removed bootup logo if that is removed in this too then its the same i suppose.

Also if you don't understand what i am talking about when i refer Doom check the thread links posted above.

waiting for confirmation from any one.
