Is there any tool for converting eBooks (from epub or other format) to APK (Android Application) that could be deployed as an application (all-in-one solution)?

Is there any tool for converting eBooks (from epub or other format) to APK (Android Application) that could be deployed as an application (all-in-one solution)?

An ebook is just a document really so in order to make it deployable you need an actual eReader application to bundle with it.

I know some companies use Aldiko for this (the o'reilly ebook applications for example) but I'm guessing that requires a commercial license for Aldiko.
