This is not maybe specific question to zte blade, maybe more general, but:

In windows - when i install something and uninstall - it always leave some trash some stuff in registry or in system

how it is in android ?

can i install many apps and later uninstall them and again and again ?

it is full uninstall or there leaves something later ?

such action will decrease performance of phone ?

Some might leave a bit of junk on the SD.

Usually, they remove the stuff from system when uninstalled.

Thousands probably.

It doesn't really affect the performance that much IMO but the number of currently installed applications does.

Most apps leave no trace when you uninstall. Many leave things on your SD card simply because the app doesn't get informed that it's being unistalled, so developers can't clean up after themselves.

SD card stuff may be in /sdcard/data or /sdcard/android/data or some apps just dump stuff in the root of your SD card.
