Help me to creat flash zip

Can any one please help me to creat flashable file to work with rom manager for these files ( fonts and some lib ) :)

thanks you but i'm not a developer at all B)

i'm just extract these files from cm and i can't flash it to another rom to fix support to arabic/persian languages.

but i can't creat flashable file.
