Found a thread on xda-developers where he provided some lines of code adjustment for U8800. So he owns a U8800 now. Martin "dzo" is famous for his work on bringing Android to HTC Vogue. HCDR.Jacob is also in for CM7 development. You can expect a fully working CM7 soon. U8800 will be merged officially into CM repo. Source
