I've just installed a new sd card 32gb. All appears to be OK but when I try and view jpgs that I have out onto card or mp3 music it says that the stock player cannot play file. I have tried with rockplayer, poweramp and gallery for all formats. When I try to view pics in gallery it just says sd card 2 on the screen and no pics are visible. I find them all via ifile manager they are in vega media. When I click on the picture folder there are no contents inside!?

I have transfer all of the files via USB and the advent file manager. I dragged the files from my laptop into each relevant category that shows up on advent transfer manager. I'm a little bit confused. I have rebooted etc and nothing changes?

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Thanks

Could this be a Usb problem with the Corvus5 Rom? I will try to send a pic to the Vega using the android sync manager app.

I am having a full conversation with myself here ha ha!

Yes that worked so I am guessing it's a usb issue, despite the device showing up on the laptop and the advent transfer manager starting on the laptop too!???

Any thoughts would be appreciated

I would forget the Advent Transfer Manager tool to be honest as its use is somewhat limited. Better to download an app like Astro File Manager where you can setup a wi-fi wireless link to your PC and copy pics & music straight into the appropriate VegaMedia folder. You should have no issues with them appearing in the Gallery or Media Player after that and you never need to connect the Vega by USB again (except when you're flashing of course) :)
