Any help,chinese no name tablet with 2.2,but market is in chinese

Hey guys,just wondering if you can help,my mate has bought some tablet of ebay that looks like a chinese type.

it is running android 2.2 on but the market is all in chinese,ive tried alsorts to change it to english,

my friend has give it me to look at as I rooted my orange san francisco and changed the rom,but tbh this is beyond me a little.

Is there some other market I can download via the browser or something,im not even sure if i could put a new rom on it

hi, its a very nice tablet in that price range...

u can install custom flash on it...and it works perfectly...faster...better..
