Hello, I have a Samsung Continuum with 2.1 eclair on verizon and I rooted it using superoneclick. I am not a complete noob but have many questions and dont know where to begin so I will just ask away.....

(1) What is lag fix for? How do i know if I need fix? Will updates help lag?

(2) Best apps for root users? Optimization for root users?

(3) How to update OS? Is there an official froyo update yet? Leaked update? Gingerbread? Custom roms? Stock or vanilla roms?

(4) Any way to replace touchwizz interface?

- I have lots more q's but this good to start. If you could direct me towards any post/forum/site where I can get instructions and info that would be awesome

(1) If you experience no lag, I wouldn't recommend clicking that.

(2) Titanium Backup, Rootexplorer and SetCPU are great apps for root users but they are also paid.

(3) Update OS via settings or Samsung Update program. No leaked updates or something yet.

(4) I actually have no answer on that.

But it seems it is considered a 'lost case' since there are no interesting roms or anything available yet.
