Just tried out KingSizeX's Green Circle Battery Mod on my GSFB9, it's great! I loved the theme which was already in the ROM, so just wanted the notification bar to be changed.

CRT switch off is absolutely smashing! :)

Did you wipe Dalvik before installing the .zip?

Also, Join contacts - I thought wasn't working well on the GSFB9 - so if that's not fixed, it might be an issue. However, try Dalvik wipe if you haven't already done so, and if you still get it, post the screen and will have a look :)

Yep, I wiped it.

After your skin pack joining contacts started working!

But with this bug on the background.

Also there's a strange thing 3g, wireless and cell network icons change from green to grey and back all the time.

If possible try to get a screen for that and will try to see if I can get rid of it. You could even swap to some other theme out of those 4 and see if they fix join contact for you without background :)

Try the Mega theme - that should solve all those issues including contact join. It seems to work fine on my blade with Mega theme. If you don't like the blue in mega theme, I can do same colour etc for you over the weekend. I'm sorry about that = never realised as I don't normally use contact join.

I didn't want mega theme because of scroll glow.

In GSF B9 it looks cheep and like 8bit graphic.

Mega Pack didn't solve problem with contact join.

But there are some strange things:

1. Fonts are better in pro.

2. In dialer, in contact context menu some of the labels are black on black.

3. Overscroll glow - looks bad

4. HoneyMegaPack - instead of "Clear" button on status screen

5. Problem with contact join - still here.

So I'm moving back to your Pro pack.

When receiving a call, the flip animation takes too long to show me who's calling. Is there any way to disable it, or will I have to learn to live with it? :rolleyes:

Yes, you can disable animations. It's in settings -> display -> screen animation -> none and it won't flip any more..

this idea might work - but not this actual work. I am presuming it's changing framework and CM7 has different frame work. However, since din't make it, probably wrong answer :)

I am not very sure about the join contacts issue yet.

If you want I can make the Pro version without overscroll. The clear button appears automatically on top of HoneyMega thing once you have notification to clear. The black on black can be solved if I was to make edition to mega version anyways!

BTW pmmct - I won't let you be on the hunt for the bug since it's already mentioned here - it's the black on black issue :)

+1 on that.

That lockscreen thing is mentioned both in GSF thread and here before. I think theme making doesn't fix it. Unless one makes a 'lockscreen theme' or ROM graphics are edited I guess :)

Yeah black on black or black on grey - perception I think. But something that should be black on white :rolleyes:

Let me say this: that color scheme is very good for night use! (a tad lighter shade of grey would up it to perfect! :rolleyes: )

Did you use the UOT kitchen? And if so how did you get it to work as I always seem to get SHTF error when cooking with framework-res and SystemUI uploaded.

I got this same error but I found leaving the notification bar out of the brew all was well.
