Hi Guys,

There are tested or untested mods/addons/themes ONLY FOR LEAKED GINGERBREAD based ROMs. Please use them once you are sure what ROM you are on. They are NOT designed for any other ROM. Use them at your risk, I take no guarantees.

Since leaked Gingerbread (2.3.4) is getting gradual rise in attention and since more and more people are coming forward to help out, I thought I will make a thread that puts all leak associated goodies in one place. Please feel free to let me know what works, what doesn't and any new development if I miss it.

None of these are my own work. I have just browsed LONG, BIG threads for all GB leaked ROMs and copy pasted from individual posts. All credit goes to the guys who made it. If I have given wrong credit to someone, please let me know the correct person :)

Warning: One small niggle though is that if you use most of this mods it will overwrite the framework, undoing any changes it might have had (Thanks Psyloid)

Made a hack of Elitemovils notification power widget using systemui.apk of gsf b17. This allows direct changing of wifi, bluetooth, gps, sound/vibrate, autorotate on notification bar. All of the hard work was already done by Elitemovil, I just ported it to gsf's apk, and works with 12 hour or 24 format clock. Also modified the icon colours to fit in better with my own uot theme. It should still be themeable in uot kitchen but not tested. Please dont pester Elitemovil with questions about this version.

  cooked an orange (the color) mod for GINGER STIR FRY B14 , and I like it. Orange is not popular , but it's looking good on my zte blade phone. :)

  -HSPA differentiation is ON, so you'll finally have H-icon!

  *haven't been outside HSDPA zone so I'm not sure if it shows 3G-icon when on UMTS, but definitely has H-icon now!

  Had to use gsf-b7 framework-res.apk and gsf-b3 SystemUI.apk. Works with b7, haven't tested with other versions.

  Redflake - Theme

  Slight modification to KonstaT's theme. Gives transparent notifications area, semi transparent status bar, green slider and volume bar, green notifications when selected. Still keeps crt animation and correct lockscreen icons. No overscroll glow.

  So I created a colorful settings menu from the leaked 2.3.4 because the death was a pure white! So with all versions of this new line is based on!

  If you are interested ask to test and indicate to me that something would be wrong!

  Recovery installed version! After installing a WIPE Dalvik cache does not hurt!

  Notification Power Widget Addon (suggestion) works on all betas

  I know it's not the CM7 type power widget, I know it's not the same, but IMO it works better, is easier to customize, has more options and has no effect on battery. Will be usable on ANY rom.

  Having control in the notification area, means I can adjust settings even when I am in an app. But, there is an app available at the Marketplace that puts a control in the notification pull down window. It is customisable and free. It's called Quick Settings.

I think the reason it was 'lite' was that most of the stuff were removed to leave it as close to stock and as lite as possible.

I'm not sure that dsp manager works properly on non cm7 roms, it was removed from both versions because I kept getting force closes.

I would suggest that the mods here posted state if they're going to change any "critical" file (i.e. you could put a "!framework" or "B7framework")

It works fine for me, have you made sure you've set the correct permissions on .apk?
