Downgrading firmware

alright the question i have is simple, can i downgrade the firmware in my ideos x5 from say this one http://www.huaweidevice.com/worldwide/down...CUSTC44D001.zip to this one http://www.huaweidevice.com/tcpsdownload/d...%20version).zip ????

or will i brick my phone and go crazy? :rolleyes:

in fact i do have the mongolian firmware and want to flash the international B137, is it possible?

You can but you won't gain any benefit. The B137 mongolian rom is newer than the B136 overseas rom for a start and both roms include support for all languages and countries. The only difference is that the B137 contains operator settings for Mongolia which are only installed on a Mongolian device.

Personally I'd stick with B137.

thanks for the quick reply fibblesan, i want to flash the overseas general B137 and get rid of the mongolian one, just to know i have the vanilla version
