Full sd card encryption on rooted phone ? How ?

Is there a way to fully encrypt sd card with AES or something ?

Not single file but something like disk encryption in windows by truecrypt,

luks or smth i dont know and how much slower phone will be and how much battery power it will take ?

Judging from what I've found on Google, I don't think there is a method to do so.

You can get some apps that create an encrypted folder when you can store files.
