Can I update to 2.3 or 3.0

Hi all

Is it possible to update a MoDaCo Rom without a complete reinstallation of the ROM.

I have now running a self baked ROM version 2.2.2.

can i update it to Gingerbread without completely reinstall the ROM?

No you cant, when you upgrqade os versions, you need to wipe.

2.2.1 to 2.2.2 for example is fine, but going from 2.2. to 2.3 or 2.3 to 3.0 requires a full wipe.

Is 3.0 available for the LG Optius 2? I meen not the officel one.

Why is it not possible here to bake a custom Rom with 2.3 or even 3.0

No android 3.0 isn't available to the LG o2x since 3.0 is android for tablets!

And the Modaco rom is based on LG's stock rom but with Paul's improvements, so since there hasn't been released an official LG 2.3 rom for the o2x you won't find and 2.3 based Modaco roms.

If you are looking for android 2.3.4 for your LG o2x, you should pay the CyanogenMOD team a visit :)

I m so happy with my MoDaCo Rom, so i remain true to it and wait a little bit longer :)
