Afraid of installing cyanogenmod 7 on my dell xcd35

Hey everyone!!!!!

I have Dell XCD35 with android 2.2 and 512MB ram which is rebranded zte blade......i wanna install cyanogenmod 7.0.3 on it.......i know how to install it but i m afraid that if i install it on my phone,,,,my phone will brick......if anyone has video of installing cm7 on Dell XCD35 so Please upload it on youtube.......so that i will confirm that cyanogenmod 7 can be installed on Dell XCD35......please upload it on youtube if anyone have video of installing cm7 on it....... :)

first root the xcd35 using http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...for-2-2-blades/ , then download rom manager from the android market, use rom manager to install zte blade clockwork recovery, then use rom manager to install cm7.1.0 rc1 and gapps, let it complete, all done

first root the xcd35 using http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...for-2-2-blades/ , then download rom manager from the android market, use rom manager to install zte blade clockwork recovery, then use rom manager to install cm7.1.0 rc1 and gapps, let it complete, all done

I have a gen2 device.....so which ROM should I install???? can I install CM7.1.0 RC1 on it????

cm7.1.0 rc1 will work on all gen2 devices, tested by me

I had once bricked my phone that's why i m afraid......have you installed cm7 on your Dell XCD35????Which version???

yes i have installed CM7.

7.0.2 , 7.0.3, (then of course the nightlies) and 7.1.0 RC1

GSF, JJ .

all these can be installed on dellXCD35, I have done it with ease.

Your phone wont get bricked as long as you follow the instructions properly.
