2X problems: battery, charging, crashes

I am getting very frustrated with my optimus 2x.

Battery life is totaly incosistent, sometimes it drains the battery in standby, sometimes works longer on heavy use.

Then there are charging issues (original charger): frequently the phone keeps charging forever showing only half full.

And finally phone quite often just crashes and remains powered off.

On the phone is stock LG android which came with device (rooted though).

My old cheapo ZTE Blade seems like a high-end quality product compared to this LG sh*t :)

Is my phone malfunctioning and should be going back to warranty?

(I am not quite sure how to produce these problems to the service center)

It certainly sounds like there's something odd going on with yours. Whilst the stock ROM has its problems, it's not THAT bad.
