Completely Stuck on How to Fix This San Fran..

So my friend (I say friend, but that would be embarrassing for this situation, more acquaintance) who thought it'd be funny to change his sisters pin / lock on her San Fran, and then disable wifi and mobile data.

He then forgot it (HAHAHAHA right?).

Who's left to deal with this? Me of course, the geeky friend and for frankly I'm stumped.

It doesn't have Clockworkmod so I can't format, and it's running default Eclair from Orange, and their way of formatting the system is to do it via the menu, and I can't even get past the lock, and since wifi and mobile data is disabled by the idiot, he can't recover via the Google account either.

Any ideas how I can solve this mess?
