Google Map Offline

i downloaded ANDROID Brut Google Maps 4.6.0.4686-brut17 from this link:

JAVAPASSIONBLOG

I installed no root apk.

Where can i download full Maps of my Country to see them offline?

Is it possible to generate Google maps and move them in tiles folder of Brut app?
