Good morning. I would like if someone can help me how to pass the phone version android 2.3+.

But since I'm new to the area would like step by step all the tasks with simple words.

Are you saying you want to update to 2.3?

If so there is no official 2.3 Firmware yet, the closest you will get is This ROM, but camera and WiFi Tethering is not working yet.

This Guide is a good place to learn more about your U8800 and what/how to do it :)

I think this ROM, though with 2.2, is almost as well-featured as 2.3.
