Problems with CyanogenMod7.1.0 rc1 on Dell XCD35

Hey guys!

I installed cm7.1.0 rc1 on my Dell XCD35 yesterday.....

I got some problems with cm7....

Firstly,my phone's soft keys(menu key,home key,back key) light keeps always glowing.....

And second is that automatic brightness is not working....when I turn on automatic brightness my phone's brightness gets very dim....and not gets automatic....
