Tried it, makes video smoother for sure but the audio lag is still just as bad. might be a great patch for other froyo roms that have good sync but are a little slow, Im trying a few more tonight. Thanks for sharing the file.

It gives me a FC when I try to switch to video recording, both in stock and MiUI Camera. :(

Definitely see an improvement in video using the patch, but as already stated audio lag is still there. I read on xda a while back about changing the read write speed of the SD card with SD speedboost app to a lower setting like 2040 helped. Instead of the 4096 setting on the rom.

I was tired of it not working so fixed the build.prop so Vignette would recognize the device properly and giving flash/auto flash options again.

I can say that thas release will be called "Feel the power of Froyo"

Pretty sure this about the max that Froyo can get on stock kernel.

- Complete rebuild

- Runs party on TripNEngine 70/30 (Not a fully Froyo rom anymore!!)

- Anoying UI parts fixed

- Audio improved for a better multimedia experience

- 69mb (wallpapers, apps included)

- And alot more

If tests are oke then Final will be released shortly after this.

Did you put 1.7 on first, applied the TripNFix 1.6.9 then put 1.7.3 on or strieght from 1.7.3 applied the TripNFix 1.6.9?

My wi-fi even has problems with the stock 2.1 on and works when it wants to :( might be my phone :unsure:

3. Wait for it to settle
4. Turn on WiFi
5. Connect immediately

Should be able to connect then. The chip on the X10 is a bit problematic, the Acer Liquid mt suffers the same issue. My old Wildfire never had any problems connecting, solid connections all the time; 100% of the time.

TripNEngine sounds great!

and you GB MIUI thread was open,hope you will back,waiting you next great GB MIUI release

The above solution did help in the past but for some reason after this weekend it never connected again :( I have a friend with a moto Defy and he has no problems connecting to my wifi.

Yet with Barnacle wifi tether app on the stock 2.1 and with TripNMiUi 1.7.3, I can share my phone's internet with ease :blink:

I have bad luck with phones :P

Nice news but i scare root my phone until 2.3.3 released because The rooted phone wont get update by SEUS<but ofc devs can make it work with flashtool *(i hope:))

Wifi works now :D had to factory reset the router :blink:
