Guest digitaltoast Posted July 3, 2011 Report Posted July 3, 2011 I was just feeling smug about finally having upgraded my 6 month old Orange SF from JJ7 to Cyanogenmod 7 (hurrah. no more "connection cannot be made"!) when inverted karma bit me and I dropped the phone before I'd put the bouncy rubber cover back on. Two hairline fractures run from the centre of the top of the screen, to about 1/3 of the way down. Luckily, everything seems to work, and I can live with the cracks. So does anyone have any suggestions for a screen protector that's particularly long lasting and well suited to holding cracks together? I'm guessing one it's on, if I were to try and peel it off and replace again, bits of glass would come with it? As everything works, I don't want to start mucking around with ebay. Talking of which, I've had some interesting Chinglish on my accessories from ebay before, but I bought a particular one, couldn't believe the back of it. Turns out someone's made a youtube video of the same one:

Guest JT_daniel Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 I bought exactly the same ones, but went through 4 of those pretty quickly. I got them scratched very easily, dunno why. On my last one now (I had donated two away.. lol) and waiting for my Sofiz printed screen overlays now. They did their job properly, I guess. Protected my screen pretty well. For that price, definite value for money.
Guest ManMetDeHamer Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 i have been using these for half a year now and went trough one of them only! definaltly good value for the money :)
Guest ShahinTehShiz Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Be aware though, when you first apply them, they most probably will feel very friction-y, but this goes away pretty quickly within the day for me.
