To get rid of that logo just use some brasso (metal polish) or T-cut. Gets rid of the logo and you can give your phone a polish at the same time. It's great for getting rid of scratches.
Guest ManMetDeHamer Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 take a sugar cube and rub it over the logo, thats what i did on my white phone. It takes of the logo without making scratches on the actualy cover.

It is much easier to stick a wee android on it instead, only a couple of quid of ebay.

Would be better to get a small android sticker that fits and covers the orange logo, can pick them up from ebay for a few euro :)
Guest mcfly666 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 You could also use toothpaste ANY mild liquid/paste abrasive would work - sugar cubes and stickers LOL
Guest m_w_clarke Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Bear in mind everyone that the texture of the Grey and White Blade's are very different! I wouldn't try anything abrasive on the Grey. I did, following advice on here, and it marked it to hell. The White is matt, so i alot more tolerant. I now use the (sensible) option of an Android sticker :-)
Guest Steep Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Silver Gaffa tape and some sharp scissors - take a small section of tape, cut it into an android shape and stick it over the orange square, job done! No no, it's ok, no need to thank me :)

It is so tiny on the back of the phone and you would not notice it in day to day use. Does it bother you that it is an Orange? Do you flash your phone in front of others and it bothers you? Why not just buy another phone?
Guest Gibbo501 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Why would the logo bother you that much? You don't see it when you're using the phone (unless you stand on a mirror), making a call, or not using the phone (unless you leave it face down). :)
Guest ms20 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Apparently nail varnish remover works but I haven't tried it.

You would have to be a numty to mark a san fran - whatever the colour with a mild abrasive. I've heard that antimony pentafluoride is also very good for removing the badge haha Edited July 5, 2011 by mcfly666
Guest Stuart_f Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I've heard that Dronabinol works very well. It doesn't remove the logo at all but you certainly stop caring about it.
Guest JT_daniel Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I just use one of those small Android stickers to cover it up. Doesn't bother me that much, to be honest. Or get yourself one of those Sofiz solid colour cases, that would cover the whole back panel.
