HTC Desire refuses to take video : SOLVED.

A couple months back I was trying to use the camera to take a bit of video, and it went nutty.

Locked up the phone, it restarted, it created duplicates of a bunch of the recently taken photos, and since then it refuses to take video at all.

I switch to video, hit record, all the icons go off-screen, and it just sits there, the camera and screen active, but not recording anything (I've checked after).

When it does this, the only way out of it is to hit the 'Home' button. Nothing else has an effect.

Any ideas peoples?!?!?

Fixed it by deleting all the videos off the card and deleting the contents of the thumbnails folder.

Do you mind i take this theard then? would be stupid to post a new one. I have kind of the same problem. When i have 2.3 ROM (have testet 3 diffrent ones) my phone would freez and reboot when i try to make a video, tho when i use a 2.2 ROM it works. The radio version number is the same as on MoDaCo 2.3 ROM so thats not the problem. And well now i really don't know what else to think off. Any ideas? Taking Pictures works perfect.
