how to avoid intempestive calls on blade

what setting i need to use with my prepaid card, i dont want pay when i am on the wifi.

in fact i want use the sim card only for calling/sms and nothing else.

what to set?

somewhere in network settings you can disable mobile data

Settings > Wireless & Network > Mobile Networks. Untick 'Enable Data'.
