Has anyone else had problem with distorted photos using the blade?

This has happened with the original (orange) rom and with swedish spring..

Since I installed CM7 the pictures seem much better (sharper and no distortion)

Is this a known issue with the blade? I had same problem with the racer`s camera

here are a few examples. unfortunately I deleted the worst pictures As you can see the images seem to be sort of squashed and warped. Only about 1 in 8 came out like this.. Much improved when I installed CM7.

was the same on SS 2.2. many distorded pic.

last day I installed gingerbread (blue ginger), now it take pic much faster.

i would say it feels like a new camera now.

That's because the camera is moving while the image is being captured. The same way that if you took a picture of a car as it went past, it would be blurry.

Taking a 3.2 megapixel image from a small CMOS like the blade has means that it takes longer to capture enough light. Hold the phone steady and you won't see that problem.
