How easy is it to replace the ear piece speaker?

Just recently my Blade has started what I can only describe as vibrating during calls, I can limit the vibration by turning down the volume, but I would really like to fix it if I can. Does anyone know which speaker it needs, where I can get one from and maybe where some instructions or a video showing how to replace it can be found?

Any help would be very much appreciated, as apart from this recent issue, the phone has been great... flashed with a ROM from this site of course :)

You must discover the Touchscreen. Hard to diconnect the baseband,harder to connect them later. I have replacement ear speaker but iam living in Germany. I have some replacement parts more :)

nach einem sturz auf den boden (trotz) silikionhülle scheppert meiner auch... werd´s die tage mal aufschrauben. vielleicht kann ich ja noch was "richten"!
