updating problem

Hi. i tried to upgrade my mt from gingeronay 1 to gingeronay 2.

So i started to download the new .bin and used adt to install it. But then, the problems start....

the new firmware was just always crashing and force closing acer ui and all things, so i tried adt to a older version EMEA_GEN1 OS 1.100.24, but now the metal is always rebooting in the "android" screen. It is starting and go to the moment where the screen go black and only appear "android" word. From times to times, it blinks like it was going to start all over again. Can someone plz help me? i´m panicking :\

do a factory reset: Vol-,Vol+, power :)
