You're wrong. Not for the new version B04.

might be an idea to PM Ar-Too and get this into the pinned unlocking post. Also you should make it clear taht it is for the Spanish B03/B04 versions from whatever provider sells them. There are many other version B04 phones that are not Spanish and don't need this algorithm.
