Advent Keyboard

I have been using the advent vega for a few months now. I have downloaded the latest updates via the USB cable hoping the problems with the keyboard with improve. But, I think it is worse.

It especially becomes a problem when I am keying in passwords. When I key in say the letter k, about 10 k's type in succession. This becomes a nightmare when I am trying to login to a site which requires 8 characters which can include upper case, lower case and symbols.

The problem is, when keying in passwords, the dots are shown to represent what you have just typed, so it is difficult to know where you are up to. Is there a fix for this that you are aware of?

I tried buying a wireless keyboard, but this does not work in the Advent Vega.
