Why no source code for the 2.6.35?

Hi all

I've been told a few times now that this is the number one issue and I'm trying to find a definitive answer. I've posted elsewhere that code will be uploaded before Sept 1st. I suspect that this post might create more questions, but while the Monte Carlo has been announced as a forthcoming Orange device, at present ZTE does not have a commercial product with Gingerbread OS. Commercial, in this sense, means - available to buy now from ZTE. This situation will change soon.

So basically, with the imminent release of the ZTE Skate, ZTE will release the .35 kernel following its launch. We just have to sit tight and patiently wait.
