Overclocked on CM7 normal temps?

Guys, my blade is overclocked with CM7 @710 mhz when 'idling/not doing alot' the phone is between 45-50c is this normal?

Mine is at 35C idle on 600MHz if that helps, although I am on Stir Fry.

Hi there, I assume you're talking about battery temps?

I am on CM 7.1 (N125+) and running @ 768Mhz, my idle battery temp is 28ºC-82ºF.

mine at 710 mhz is between 28°C and 32°C

fair enough, it seems to like it isnt consistently at these temps mainly 30-35c.

TBH i just have 'tempCPU' widget but i guess this gets it from the battery temps?

when you say idling what do you mean?

if you have set up your overclock correctly when not doing anything it should go to lower values (eg around the min value) most of the time.

when playing games yes my batt is about 35-40C when at 768mhz. but when just doing nothing, like reading something for a long time, it stays at room temp (20's).
