Guest Moxo6 Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 I flashed corvus5 within hours of receiving my Vega due to the consistent positive reviews however one big problem for me is that BBC iplayer is out of sync when skipping part of the video. I've installed R8 and iplayer works flawlessly, has anyone else had this problem with Corvus5?

Guest Moxo6 Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 Yes, right now I'm using "libflashplayer_froyo_gles2_20101206_v10.1.120.1_signed.apk" I'm no expert at using android, but I've got a fair idea and I've been reading through tonnes of posts, something similar has been reported (The fix was just to press the two triangles on the player to resize it twice and this refreshes the stream. This does temporarily fix it, it doesn't resolve the problem)
Guest Moxo6 Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 Tried 10.2 and that FCs (on clean Corvus5) have you got flash player installed on corvus5?
Guest Minimonkey Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 (edited) Try the one on the market and see if that's better https://market.android.com/details?id=com.a...e=search_result Edited July 10, 2011 by Minimonkey

I don't have a problem.
Guest danz0l Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 I have the same issues using corvus and sp1, lipsync is out in both apps of BBCiplayer and ITV players using latest flash 10.3 from the market.
Guest Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 I have the same issues using corvus and sp1, lipsync is out in both apps of BBCiplayer and ITV players using latest flash 10.3 from the market. ITV Player doesn't use flash - it uses Adobe Air, so that's strange....
Guest Moxo6 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 (edited) I know this probably isn't the best way to do it, but could somebody possibly make a nandroid backup of a clean corvus5 with flash 10.2 installed and working and post it here so I can compare with mine and see how it differs? Thanks Edited July 12, 2011 by Moxo6
Guest Moxo6 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 Just to clarify, this is what I have to far: Gles optimised 10.1 out of sync Gles optimised 10.2 doesn't work market 10.3 works (just), but without HW acceleration it's a bit rubbish really
