help please

my phone wont dial certan numbers.

i have not rooted my phone. its 2.1 android.

its not the sim because when i take the sim out and put in my old walkman phone it dials these mobile numbers.

when i ring some mobiles it goes bleep then ends call yet i can txt them.

im using giffgaff network. any ideas please

Giffgaff has had a few issues today in some areas. I've been affected.

how can it be giffgaff it when i put the sim in a differnt phone it works fine. i can ring any mobile
