PULSE Telekom.de ROM crash / Where download newest Software

It is quite a while ago my Mobile Pulse also known as U8220 did crash completely for what so ever reason I do not know. I never installed a new BIOS or such firmware. I was afraid but also waited for a new version of ANDROID. I want to install my APPs on the SD-Card as we all know the internal memory is not too big.

I did spend several hours reading history about kernel and such stuff. I really do not understand and could not find out the latest clue. I just want to download the software and instructions. I can not help in those discussions. Not yet. I might need to post my problems after my first attempts to fix my mobile.

Thanks for your help and additional offer. I have the regular one not the mini. and is sold by German Telecom. I would like to install a version of Android so I can install some apps on SD card. I think this is only possible with android 2.2 and higher. There is no official version available yet ?
