Best Android with physical keyboard for < £150?

Hi all,

I have been interested in getting an Android phone with a physical keyboard for quite some time, at first it was to use mainly for my second SIM card with a secondary function to make playing games a lot easier (and not draining the Galaxy S battery so much as a result ;) ), but I was putting it off due to hype surrounding the huge-screened ZTE Skate (which I now probably won't be getting). My question is to people who have used handsets with keyboards: which is the best for under £150? I assume the HTC Desire Z is one of the best out but that goes used for a minimum of around £220. I was going to get a Motorola Dext for £80 and stick adlxmod on it but apparently they just aren't up to standard.
