Sync Hotmail Contacts

Hi,

Can anyone share experiences of Hotmail contacts sync? I have set up Hotmail account on my phone - tried calendar sync and it works (with some limitations). Don't wont to mess up my contacts so before I try it I would like to ask you guys.

#1 Will the contacts pictures stay preserved after sync?

#2 Are there any known limitations (i.e. text field can contain max. 40 characters...., some fields will not sync)?

#3 Will the field "birthday" and "Internet call" sync too?

I don't want to sync my Hotmail contacts with those on Google and then with phone. I prefer the straight way (Hotmail contacts with Phone contacts).

Thanks for sharing any help in this case.
