Hi K.J, I have a 16GB class 10 MICRO SD card, and it does make a little bit of a difference but nothing huge. I think a faster Gingerbread ROM, and a faster launcher like Launcher Pro, make a more noticeable difference when using the phone.

One area where a faster SD card makes a difference is copying data to the SD card via your PC. That is an area where you definitely notice the faster speed.

I bought my SD card from eBay, for £18 inc. P&P.

I hope this helps. Also get a free app called SD Speed Increase from the Market Place. I set the app to use 2048kb, that works great for me and most other users.

My experience is that a periodically format of the SD card could do good... there is a program called SD Formatter v3.0 which formats the card deeply (even with overwrite if you want) and then the card works better.
