2 batteries management...

Hi,

i'm going to buy an extra battery for my Blade, a ZTE 1300mAh one from eBay.

The phone stores usage and charging statistics in order to manage the battery charging and the charge level display, but, what happens if I use two different batteries at different times, charge levels, etc?

Does the phone distinguish each batt with a serial nº?

What happens if I charge the batt(s) with an extrenal charger?

it's fine to use both the batteries.i used to do it on my other android phone as it's really handy with a phone with a crap battery life.doesn't matter if you use an external charger. to charge either.you may need to recalibrate in clockwork every so often (but then most people do this with just one battery) so doesn't really make much differrence.
