Guest ZTE_SeanJacko Posted July 15, 2011 Report Posted July 15, 2011 Hi all I received a question regarding whether ZTE would ship an OLED screen part as a replacement. Here's the official response: ZTE does not supply replacement parts such as keypads, parts or screens. They will of course honour any warranty agreements with devices that it has supplied though.

Guest targetbsp Posted July 15, 2011 Report Posted July 15, 2011 (edited) does that mean if the phone is under the one year waranty they will replace it ? because im confused If your phone is faulty, they will repair or replace it. If it was broken (dropped or something) they obviously won't - because that's not under warranty. And what this thread is saying, is that unfortunately they don't have parts to supply for you to repair it yourself under those circumstances. Edited July 15, 2011 by targetbsp

My SF has that weird blue filter over the screen too. I'm certain I've done nothing to cause it. I've had a ball ache trying to get it repaired though: See this thread.
