Need Serious Help with R8 for Vega

I attempted to install the R8 today however i spent up to 10 hours and have gotten no where, the problem is i can not seem to get the Android Composite to come up in the device manager, i believe i have tried everything i can so please give me some help, my Pc is operating on Windows Vista.

There is a video on youtube on how to install r6 rom i just copied that but for r8 works a treat heres the link.

I have tried that as well but something seems to be going wrong.
