Hey! Water damage has left my touchscreen unresponsive. Will a replacement digitizer like the ones sold on eBay fix it?

That is completly stupid answer. You should put it in a bowl of rice for 1 week because the Rice will suck all the water out.

Thanks guys, it's been in rice since the middle of the week. All I need to know is whether a new digitizer and fascia would correct the problem of the touch screen not working. The screen still displays images, I just can't use it because no touch is registering.
