gmap for android

Hello,

I'm having compatibility issues with fswidgets gmap, a moving map for the flight simulator x-plane. My vega seems to be the only android tablet incompatible with this app.

This might be a bit of a long shot, but It would be very appreciated if somebody would be so kind to test this and reply to this thread with your results :)

1) download and install from here

http://android.fswidgets.com/

2) press the aircraft button lower right

3) press load map

4) top left press the arrow

5) a set of buttons should appear. Try pressing any of them.

A message "loading data" should appear and quickly disappear to reveal navaids (icons such as airports, heliports, vors, ndb etc)

Well on my vega no icons appear, the loading data message remains there forever.

Never mind the app.

I'm having trouble flying aircraft on my vega.

Pitch and Roll commands are opposite, up and down to roll, left and right to pitch.

For someone with some previous flying experience in my freinds PA-28 I find the G sensor impossible to fly.

Anyway of sorting this out, other than having stick me notes on the edges of my vega?
