Tonight I was reading a text when I got a battery low error message. Battery was at 12%. I pressed cancel, There was another error message saying DoubleTwist was not responding so I pressed Force quit. That's when the screen went blank and nothing worked properly again.

Screen was totally black, but the buttons appeared to be working. There was no way to power the machine down so afetr an hour of trying every button combination I took the back off and pulled the battery, hoping this would force a shutdown.

I put in a different fully charged battery but no startup from the power button. I connected the power cord and the green adroid appeared but when it reacher the word Android (JJ8 rom) the bottom right button went red and it returned to the green man. This just cycled endlessly until the power cord is removed. I reattached the power cord and presser the up volume and power button (to try and force it into clockwork) and now it just sticks on the green android logo..

Any ideas gratefully received!

UPDATE: I've managed to get into Clockwork by holding the volume down button and plugging in the power cord. What do you think I should do now? (I can't even remember what buttons on the Blade control Clockwork!). Cheers.

EDIT: Tried System reboot at the top of the Clockwork list. Just takes me back to the cycling Android logo and text with red button.

A bootloop happened, try removing the last-installed app, that could be the culprit in causing the system to go haywire and boot loop endlessly. One thing though - why did you put in a different fully charged battery? Do not use any other battery except the designate Blade's own battery.

Only thing I can think of is to wipe the data/cache and reinstall JJ8. :\

Thanks guys. After pulling the battery a couple more times it suddenly booted normally. If it happens again I'll try the above tips. Cheers
