I can confirm that google video talk is working again, the sim toolkit name is good and only the weird market bug remains :). Great job paul! Anything else can test?

  • Added kitchen option to enable EXT4 conversion on install. ONLY use this if you are installing a 3rd party custom kernel immediately after flashing - this option will NOT work with the stock kernel!

Actually 'HSDPA differentiation' IS enabled, so you should get the 'H'.

P

What i have found:

- Definitly the H doesnt work here. I really want to know what causes that. Its just happens with gb stock builds. I never get H. Maybe framework related?

- New google talk doesnt show all the online friends, even with "Show All checked". I have compared them to the PC and 4 or 5 contacts missing online.

- Skype videocall (now supports o2x!) doesnt works on this build with Nexus S patch

- The lockscreen sliders should be like gingerbread stock, the actual from froyo (you already know that): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1252265

- FC on First start wizard (i dont care about that)

I have change the Display Setting to automatic backlight and since then I have "Force Close" on the display setting...

Could you verify that point ?

Thanks for your help.

- Maybe a noob question but can i install the news updates without wipe?

In my experience it's fine to flash updates on top (without wipe) If you run into problems then wipe and try again. If you are changing ROM completely then definitely wipe.

Display menu is fine for me... even clicked every option to make sure.

This is EXT 3 i presume? (so if coming from topogigi's EXT4 Rom I should use back to EXT3 first)

thanks for the reply, and many thanks for the new rom!

Paul,

can you use the same patch from Fr19 for "speed" the sd card scan?

thx in advance!

ps: is incredibly fast!! the shutdown effect is fun and the glowscroll too.

ps2: no problem with WiFI

ps3: no gtalk in the market with the Nexus S Masquerade?

Which patch are you referring to?

Also, no GTalk in Market on any device!
