Guest mrmrmrmr Posted July 18, 2011 Report Posted July 18, 2011 Hi, I live in a country which Google Market paid apps are not allowed. On my Dell Streak with GSM I could enable paid apps by using MarketEnabler and changing the GSM network provider. Now on Asus EEE Pad Transformer this method is not working because there is no GSM network provider to change. How can I enable paid apps on a wifi-only tablet ? (like the Transformer) Thanks.

I use Market Access for this, although is not easy to find because it has such a generic name... Try googling "Market Access apk"

Guest mrmrmrmr Posted July 26, 2011 Report Posted July 26, 2011 thank you. marketaccess has done the trick. Hi, Unfortunately I still have the issue. Sometimes using MarketAccess I can reach some paid apps. But mostly I see only free apps on Market. How does Android Market decide which applications to show when wifi is used ?
Guest AceVPD Posted July 28, 2011 Report Posted July 28, 2011 I'm in China and have rooted my Transformer and installed a WW rom. I have tried MarketAccess and MarketEnabler. Neither seems to work even with a VPN. Any ideas?
Guest Kurt Callahan Posted November 13, 2011 Report Posted November 13, 2011 Did anyone find a fix for this? I am working in China and am thinking of getting honeycomb tablet, but dunno if I will without paid apps. I have seen mixed results with marketaccess and market enabler. Possibly because its the new market its being used with? Thanks in advance!
