Navigating from the cell with the PC via USB ADSL connection is possible?

Hi, i would know is it possibile surf the Internet and Android Market by phone using usb connection with our Blade? On other terminals there is the voice: Pass-through Internet when they connect the USB cable. Or is it possible with an external software apk?

The usb THEHERING can help you ,and the software must be use is SUPER terminer and busybox

So i think that i'm not explain very well, i want use the connection adsl of computer to navigate with android, not navigate on pc by connection of android by sim card.....this option is called Pass-through Internet
