GPS appz are restarting the phone

Hi!

I need your help pls.

My problem is any kind of GPS applications I'm trying to use, are making my phone to restart after a few sec I'm spending in the app.

I've tried to use Sygic Mobile Maps version 10, and IGO Myway too.

The roms I were using are official Hun 2.1, and Cyanogen plus. The results were the same.

So can you please help in what the problem can be, and how should I solve this problem?
