Corvus 5 SP1 Wifi and blutooth issue

Hi All

This is one for the giant heads....

I am running corvus 5 SP1, when the slab boots up i have to go into settings and then activate the wifi everytime (most annoying), also its also refusing to activate bluetooth at all. I just get a nice little pop up saying airplane mode, but its not in airplane mode as the wifi is on.

So, am i being Mr Blackadder thicky or is there something that i haven't found in the forums yet about this,

BTW lovely piece of kit, and great ROM, causing my family to ask when are they getting the Daddy back as i'm spending too much time with this!

Have you tried re-installing from scratch yet? I'd say that is probably what you'll need to do to clear the errors you are describing.

So what is the best approach, blow it back to stock, then reinstall corvus5 and SP1 again?

I assume i will have to do this via pc and usb?

I think you are right go back to scratch and try again. I would use whatever method you used before but keep an eye open for any error messages just in case it's hitting an issue during install process. I quite regularly read posts where people overcome problems by re-installing so good luck.

sorted!!! SIMPLES!

boot into cwm...backup <just in case> downloaded corvus5 again, this time straight to slab, install, then installed SP1, reboot

hey presto bluetooth sorted.

Just the small matter of getting the keys remapped on the controller so the daughter can play mario kart without throwing a tantrum!
