Broken screen, what to do?

Hi all, I fell over last night and landed on my San Fran. The screen is now bust, there's a tiny fracture across it and nothing is showing up on the screen apart from a couple of pixels in the corner.

What are my options? Is it possible to buy a replacement screen and swap them over or am I better just buying a new one? Is it worth trying to get it repaired under warranty through Orange?

Any suggestions are warmly welcomed!

Would it be possible to swap the screen if I managed to source a working replacement. I would have thought there would be someone else on here with a faulty phone but with a working screen?

Thanks for the reply, I had seen that but (perhaps wrongly?) assumed that what you were replacing was just the 'cover' rather than the screen. But from what I can now tell it appears to be a digitizer screen(?). I'll order one now, thanks.

Ha! I suspected this might happen. I received the new screen but as I got it open I realised it was the OLED underneath which had cracked, not the screen. Hope I can get a refund on the screen.

Any suggestions as to what to do now?

I can't see them offering a refund unless they sent you wrong or faulty goods.

Put it up for sale yourself or see who needs one here in the forum.
